Health Insurance Associates Inc, located in Brookfield, WI, is a small family owned company looking to grow by adding a full time health insurance agent.   As a health insurance agent at HIA, your main focus will be employee benefits for small businesses with 2-99 employees.  You will generate new leads, acquire new clients, and maintain your growing block of business in order to meet established fiscal year production goals.  This will require implementing self-directed marketing plans, cold calling, scheduling client appointments, putting together proposals, and conducting formal client presentations.  To help with these responsibilities, HIA’s professional service team will provide you with support for new business sales as well as future renewals.
